Job Brief
The role is responsible for driving the end-to-end Talent Strategy, covering talent acquisition, development, and retention. This position ensures alignment between people strategies and business objectives, strengthens leadership and workforce capabilities, enhances employee experience and wellness, and standardizes HR processes. The role also monitors key talent metrics to evaluate effectiveness and support sustainable business growth.
Job Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end Talent Strategy (entry, mid, and senior levels) covering Hiring (Talent Acquisition), Development (Training & Growth), and Retention (Career Growth & Employee Wellness).
- Align People Strategy with Business Objectives to ensure talent initiatives support business growth, sales performance, and operational requirements.
- Oversee Capability and Leadership Development by designing and implementing structured training programs to strengthen leadership capabilities across all levels and enhance overall workforce performance.
- Improve Employee Retention and Experience by reducing turnover, retaining key talent, and enhancing engagement initiatives that promote employee wellness.
- Monitor and evaluate Talent Metrics and Effectiveness, including hiring success rates, training effectiveness, retention levels, and turnover trends.
- Ensure consistency and standardization across recruitment processes, onboarding practices, and talent development programs
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resource Management (HRM)/ Business Administration or its equivalent
- With more than 5 years being a Sectional Head leading Talent Management.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Must be proactive, possess high confidentiality level, integrity and professionalism
- Work as team player and ability to build good working relationships with Management and employees.
- Understanding a third language will be an added advantage.
