Summary

The ideal candidate will be comfortable reaching out to candidates and have an ability to determine a candidate's potential through open-ended questions. They should have good communication and organizational skills in order to build and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates. Additionally, they should be committed to meeting and exceeding assigned target.

Responsibilities:

Sourcing potential candidates through various job portals, search and networking.

Perform phone screening to assess candidates suitability.

Coordinate to arrange interviews between clients and candidates.

Get feedback and outcomes from Consultants on presented candidates. Keep all candidates informed on the outcome

Completing all candidate and client information on database system, generate report as and when required.

Ensuring all information is kept up to date.

What We Are Looking For

Bachelor's Degree in any field. Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply, training will be provided.

Proven track record in talent acquisition or recruitment inhouse/agency will be an added advantage.

Good communication and influencing/ interpersonal skills.

A professional, self-motivated individual with a relentlessly positive attitude, desire to learn, and a team player.
