We are looking for a proactive and resourceful Talent Sourcing Specialist (Contract) to support our Talent Acquisition team in sourcing high-quality candidates for healthcare and technical roles, including pharmacists, nutritionists, dietitians, and other specialized positions. This role focuses on the first half of the recruitment lifecycle (180° recruitment), including talent sourcing, candidate engagement, and initial screening.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively headhunt or source candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, JobStreet, Facebook and other social media.
- Utilize a variety of methods including cold calling to engage with top pharmacy professionals.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for pharmacists, nutritionists, dietitians, and other technical healthcare positions.
- Conduct market mapping and talent research to identify potential candidates and industry trends.
- Develop creative sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill and niche roles.
- Initiate outreach to passive candidates through personalized messaging and employer branding initiatives.
- Collaborate with recruiters to understand hiring requirements and sourcing priorities.
- Support employer branding campaigns to attract healthcare professionals.
- Participate in career fairs, university engagement activities, and networking events.
- Promote the organization's employee value proposition across sourcing channels.
- Ensure timely execution of the recruitment process for selected candidates.
- Any other duties as and when assigned from time to time.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience, preferable within the retail pharmacy or healthcare industry.
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Talent Search, Boolean search, and social recruiting techniques.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple hiring priorities simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
