Role Description

This is a 12 month contract role for a Talent Sourcing Specialist, located on-site in Petaling Jaya. The Talent Sourcing Specialist will be responsible for sourcing, identifying, and attracting top talent for various roles within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source talent forboth tech and non-tech rolesacrossSoutheast Asia.
• Targetpassive candidates.
• Use companys internal tools/platforms and external sourcing channels creatively.
• Performtechnical screeningalongside recruitment team.
• Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• 6 to 10 yearsof sourcing experience.
• Previously worked in close partnership with recruiters ('on-ground' experience).
• Experience withheadhunting for hard-to-fill roles.
• Ability to convert leadsrecruiters couldntthrough alternative sourcing strategies.
• Strongdata-driven mindsetandcuriosityto ask logical questions during sourcing/screening.
• Familiar with and able toleverage AI toolsfor sourcing.
• Collaborative, independent, and strategic.
