Job Title: Talent Sourcing Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and innovative Talent Sourcing Specialist to join our Talent Attraction team in Kuala Lumpur. This role is focused on candidate lead generation and building a strong talent pipeline to support business growth. The ideal candidate will be resourceful, creative, and skilled in identifying, engaging, and converting talent from diverse channels, with a strong emphasis on reaching the Gen Z demographic.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive candidate lead generation through innovative sourcing strategies and tools.
- Identify, map, and engage talent pools, particularly within Gen Z communities.
- Utilize social media platforms and digital channels (e.g., TikTok, Instagram, XiaoHongShu, Discord, LinkedIn and etc.) to attract and engage candidates.
- Build relationships and convert passive talent into active job applicants.
- Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure sourcing strategies align with hiring needs.
- Track and report sourcing effectiveness and continuously improve strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in talent sourcing, recruiting, or a related role.
- Strong command of Mandarin and English (Cantonese is an advantage).
- Knowledgeable in youth trends, online communities, and Gen Z communication styles.
- Creative, results-driven, and comfortable experimenting with new sourcing approaches.
- Based in Kuala Lumpur, with strong local market knowledge.
