This is a full-time, on-site role based in WP. Kuala Lumpur for a Talent Sourcing Specialist. The role involves identifying, sourcing, and attracting top talent to meet the organization's workforce needs. Responsibilities include building and maintaining a talent pipeline, conducting interviews, negotiating contracts, collaborating with hiring managers, and developing recruitment strategies. The Talent Sourcing Specialist will also ensure the company attracts high-quality candidates to support business growth while maintaining compliance with labor laws and organizational policies.

• Strong analytical skills to assess recruitment trends and candidate profiles effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with candidates and internal stakeholders
• Experience in recruiting and talent acquisition, with a focus on sourcing high-quality candidates
• Proficiency in contract negotiation and knowledge of procurement practices
• Proficiency in using recruitment platforms, ATS systems, and other sourcing tools
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving talent needs
• Prior experience in the trading or distribution industry will be an advantage
