Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing corporate and individual tax computations under supervision.
- Support the preparation and timely submission of tax returns (e.g., Form C, CP204, CP204A).
- Assist in preparing tax computations and tax submissions within the given time frame as assigned by the tax superior.
- Help manage and organize tax documentation and maintain proper filing systems.
- Liaise with the Inland Revenue Board (IRB) to assist with client correspondences and follow-ups.
- Participate in resolving basic technical and non-technical tax queries with guidance.
- Ensure tasks are completed within deadlines assigned by the Tax Superior.
- Demonstrate team support by assisting peers to meet collective goals.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (major in Taxation is an advantage).
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Basic knowledge of Malaysian tax regulations and corporate tax compliance.
- Willingness to learn, with a proactive and responsible work attitude.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently under supervision and as part of a team.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an added advantage.
- Positive mindset, detail-oriented, and eager to grow professionally in tax advisory.
