Tax Manager

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Tax Manager, based in Georgetown. The Tax Manager will oversee both individual and corporate tax planning, ensure compliance with tax regulations, and manage tax preparation processes. Responsibilities include analyzing tax laws, providing strategic tax advice, preparing and reviewing financial plans to minimize tax liabilities, and ensuring timely and accurate submission of tax filings. Working closely with clients and internal teams, the Tax Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring effective outcomes for clients while maintaining high professional standards.

• Expertise in Tax Planning and Tax Compliance strategies and implementation
• Proficiency in Tax Preparation and ensuring accuracy in tax filings
• In-depth knowledge of Tax Law and regulatory guidelines
• Strong understanding of Tax practices within corporate and individual frameworks
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification is preferred
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience in taxation or a related role
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with clients and team members
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic professional environment
