Job Description

Are you passionate about tax and looking to build your career with a global organization We are seeking a Tax Senior Analyst to join our Asia Pacific regional tax team. In this role, you will ensure compliance across multiple jurisdictions, manage audits and disputes, and provide hands-on support to the business, while gaining exposure to complex international tax matters.

What You'll Do

  • Ensure all entities and activities in your region meet tax compliance requirements, including corporate income tax, indirect tax, transfer pricing, and withholding tax (managed in-house and/or via external advisors).
  • Manage tax compliance matters for assigned Asia Pacific countries.
  • Oversee statutory accounts tax disclosures and work closely with auditors to resolve tax-related issues.
  • Partner with finance teams to deeply understand business operations and ensure accurate, timely tax filings.
  • Provide day-to-day business tax support, advising on operational matters and helping teams navigate the tax implications of business decisions.
  • Liaise with tax authorities on compliance matters, prepare responses to inquiries, and collaborate with external advisors to manage and defend tax audits.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or Law; advanced degree or professional qualification (CPA, ACCA, CIMA, etc.) preferred.
  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, ideally with a mix of in-house corporate tax and professional firm exposure.
  • Strong knowledge of international tax laws and regulations, with deep understanding and broad experience in the taxation of at least one country; exposure to Asia Pacific tax environments is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to build relationships across teams and regions.
  • A proactive mindset, able to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and consistently meet deadlines.
