We are looking for a detail-oriented and knowledgeable Trading Card Grader to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assessing the condition and authenticity of trading cards, ensuring accurate grading in line with company standards. This position is ideal for individuals passionate about collectibles and familiar with grading criteria.

Key Responsibilities:

- Evaluate trading cards based on condition (centering, corners, edges, surface)

- Assign accurate grades according to internal grading standards

- Identify authenticity and detect any signs of tampering or counterfeit items

- Handle cards with care to maintain their condition

- Maintain accurate documentation, grading records, and reports

- Communicate grading outcomes clearly with internal teams (operations, customer service, etc.)

- Flag discrepancies, issues, or high-value items promptly to the relevant team

Requirements:

- Strong knowledge of trading cards (e.g. Pokémon, sports cards, TCGs)

- Familiarity with grading standards

- High attention to detail and consistency

- Good eyesight and ability to spot minor imperfections

- Strong reporting and documentation skills

- Good communication skills, both written and verbal

- Responsible, trustworthy, and able to handle valuable items

Nice to Have:

- Experience working with grading companies or marketplaces

- Passion for collectibles and hobby community involvement
