Job Summary:
We are looking for a Senior Tech Delivery Manager with over 9 years of experience in delivering global or regional Cards technology solutions within large-scale financial institutions. The role requires strong technical depth, leadership capabilities, and proven expertise in managing end-to-end delivery of cards platforms (e.g., Cardlink, VisionPlus, CACS, 2C2P), API integrations, and loyalty systems. The ideal candidate will also have hands-on experience leading cards migration projects and managing cross-functional development teams within mainframe and open systems environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of cards technology solutions, including mainframe, Cardlink, Loyalty & Rewards, and 3D Secure platforms.
  • Plan and manage the execution of regional/global Cards migration projects (e.g., VisionPlus, Cardlink, CACS).
  • Manage delivery timelines, scope, budget, and risks for large-scale cards programs.
  • Oversee a team of developers, analysts, and technical leads across mainframe (CICS/Cobol/JCL) and open systems (Java/Linux) environments.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, vendors, and regional teams to ensure successful project delivery aligned with business objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory, security, and architectural standards.
  • Drive continuous improvement in cards platform performance, scalability, and maintainability.
  • Serve as subject matter expert (SME) in Cards API, transaction processing, loyalty systems, and customer engagement applications.


    Required Skills & Qualifications

    • 9+ years of delivery experience in the Cards technology domain in a multinational/regional financial institution.
    • 5+ years of leadership experience managing IT delivery teams in the Cards space.
    • Strong knowledge of mainframe platforms (ZOS, CICS, Cobol, JCL) and open systems (Java, Linux).
    • Proficient in Cards platforms like Cardlink, CACS, VisionPlus, 2C2P, Loyalty/Rewards (One Empower app).
    • Experience managing large-scale cards migrations and application development initiatives.
    • Technical expertise in VSAM, Oracle, and Cards-related APIs and interfaces.
    • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and cross-functional leadership skills.

    Good to Have

    • Prior experience working with regional banking or payment service providers.
    • Exposure to Agile delivery frameworks and DevOps practices in Cards environment.
    • PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is an added advantage.
