This is a temporary on-site role based in Malaysia for a Teaching Assistant and Demonstrator at Monash University Malaysia. The role involves assisting lecturers in the delivery of tutorials and practical sessions, supporting students in their academic learning, and aiding in the preparation of teaching materials. You will also be responsible for grading assignments, providing constructive feedback to students, and maintaining adequate records related to coursework. Contributing to a positive learning environment and collaborating with the academic staff are key aspects of this position.

• Strong teaching and communication skills with experience in tutoring, mentoring, or guiding students.
• Proficiency in academic-related activities such as grading, providing constructive feedback, and evaluating student work.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to support course management and meet deadlines.
• Effective collaboration and teamwork skills, with the ability to work closely with academic staff and students in a diverse and inclusive environment.
• Relevant academic background, with at least a Bachelor's degree in a related field. A Master's degree or ongoing postgraduate study is a plus.
• Familiarity with educational tools or technology for delivering tutorials and practical sessions.
• Previous experience in a teaching assistant or academically supportive role is advantageous.
