Job Overview
Are you a seasoned Bancassurance leader ready to drive massive growth We're seeking a dynamic strategist to develop and execute our overall Private / Priority Bank (PVPB) banca strategy for both Conventional and Takaful solutions, ensuring we crush our sales and business targets.
You'll be the key player, identifying new business opportunities and collaborating directly with Regional Heads and Regional Community General Managers (RCGM)s to significantly boost High Net Worth (HNW) banca activities across our Private Banking Centers and Branches.
Functional (job responsibilities)
- Develop and execute the overall PVPB banca strategy to achieve the sales target and business goals for Conventional and Takaful banca solutions
- Identify and pursue new banca business opportunities to grow the PVPB banca business
- To collaborate with Personal B Regional Heads and RCGMs to increase the HNW banca activities at the Private Bank Centers and Branches
Managerial (team/group responsibilities)
- Foster and maintain strong relationship with PVPB leaders and Team and also other business partner
- Monitor HNW banca market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and treats for the team to compete in the market
Organizational (organizational responsibilities) including Strategic Cost Management and Financial Goals
- Lead the Banca Advisors to over exceed the banca targets for Hong Leong Assurance & Hong Leong MSIG Takaful
- Set clear sales performance targets and expectations and provide regular feedback and coaching
- Foster a positive and collaborative team culture
Education/Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Insurance or relevant insurance professional certification is a plus.
Experience/Requirements
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in sales, banking or insurance industry with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of success in Bancassurance and similar roles.
