Accountable for the overall performance of a business segment in Shopee
Developing growth strategies, involving planning, negotiation, and execution of initiatives in collaboration with key stakeholders
Collaborating with internal teams to define, enhance, and scale solutions
Providing leadership and guidance to the team for efficient execution of daily tasks and skill development for advancement
Continuously maintain a strong relationship with brands/sellers
Work closely with the marketing team to drive usage and awareness for brands/sellers

Requirements

A Bachelor's Degree in any field, with work experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, business development, and e-commerce is a plus
Experienced in a management role - passionate about coaching, mentoring and team management
Highly analytical and able to generate meaningful and actionable analysis; Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills
Possess strong business acumen and commercial savviness
