Job Summary
The primary purpose of this role is to oversee and manage the business operations within Corporate Banking. This role is pivotal in driving business growth, monitor and support business units on operational matters while optimizing operational efficiency and excellence.
Job Responsibilities
Daily Operation duties on operations covering the followings: -
- Loan disbursement, repayment, settlement/redemption, rollover
- Tracking of maturity dates, loan related fees and pricing
- System Data Maintenance / Funds Transfer / Deposit Placement / Sinking Funds / Pledges & Transfer of Shares / Audit Confirmation / Statement of Accounts / Account Opening -Escrow, CA, ODR
- Compile and monitor Committee Meeting papers
- Instruct for Issuance of Letters, Redemption / Disclaimer / Consent / Release and Discharge of securities / Redemption of titles
- HDA withdrawals
- Collecting insurance premium, processing fee and miscellaneous charges
Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business operations, or related functions.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented.
- Knowledge of credit products, regulatory requirements and compliance.
