Job Description

Job Descriptions:

Business Growth

a) Drive target market segmentation and wallet sizing exercise to develop strategies to enhance market share - GSME

b) Market existing and new cash management solutions by providing effective customer solutions tailored to the target market.

People Management

c) Leading and motivating the sales team to have effective client engagement in order to deepen client's relationship, deliver and grow customer profitability and achieve required sales targets.

d) Supervising, guiding and coaching the staff, in order to provide the necessary support towards optimum performance and build bench strength.

Sales Management

e) Manage the sales team pipeline process by providing effective sales management through account planning, opportunities identification, process qualification, client engagement, solutions building & presentation to clients, negotiation and closure of deals.

f) Work closely with key business partners (PIS) & stakeholders in tailoring cash management solutions for effective and seamless customer delivery to ensure optimum business service and delivery alignment - GSME

Cross Selling

g) Work closely with other areas in the groups to develop joint business development initiatives in order to maximize cross-selling opportunities.

Sales Training

h) Deliver staff satisfaction through use of quality training plans and develop knowledge transfer and the sharing of best practice to ensure staff receives appropriate training and development and to embed a climate of continuous improvement overcoming barriers and establishing a can do team culture.

Business Risk

i) Monitor the business risks associated with cash management solutions offering within the risk tolerance of the Bank.

Sales Report

j) Collate and review weekly sales team performance. Prepare updates for internal monthly business reviews.

Requirements:

In depth knowledge of Cash Management product range including relevant branch, operational and customer service environments

Knowledge of market trends and current developments

Good working knowledge of Pricing/Costing/Volume/Quality relationships

Knowledge of Deposits regulations, business/products and operations including AML fundamentals.

Graduate with at least 8 years experience in all aspects of sales and business development covering the areas of cash management, payments and deposits

Initiative, drive, enthusiasm with strong selling and negotiation skills

Excellent planning and organization skills to meet objectives and deadlines

Leadership ability [to inspire, motivate and lead a team], entrepreneurial attitude and a good team player
