About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Team Lead, Client Support & Fulfillment to join our team in Group Transaction Banking (Trade Finance). In this role, you will oversee client support operations and drive strategic initiatives to enhance service delivery and customer experience across Trade Support services. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure operational excellence, timely resolution of issues, and continuous improvement across all Client Excellence functions.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Oversee client support operations and strategic initiatives to enhance service delivery and customer experience across Trade Support services
  • Lead the review, investigation, and resolution of escalated service requests, including complex operational, technical, and system-related issues
  • Monitor and manage team performance across all Client Excellence functions, ensuring adherence to SLAs, service standards, and key performance indicators
  • Act as the primary liaison for stakeholder engagement, ensuring consistent service quality and effective issue resolution across all service areas
  • Ensure compliance with applicable banking regulations, internal policies, and risk management standards across Client Excellence operations
  • Drive continuous process improvement initiatives to optimize service delivery, turnaround time, and overall client experience
  • Support the Head of Governance & Client Excellence in departmental initiatives, transformation projects, and cross-functional collaborations
  • Uphold data protection, confidentiality, and information security controls in all client support and service activities

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 3–6 years of relevant experience in banking operations, client services, or trade support environment, with prior leadership experience preferred
  • Strong leadership, planning, and organizational skills
  • Analytical with strong problem-solving capabilities, particularly in handling escalations and complex issues
  • Driven and passionate about delivering high-quality client service
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Good understanding of banking operations, regulatory requirements, and service standards
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
