Team Lead

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Team Lead, based in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates. The Team Lead will be responsible for overseeing project teams, coordinating construction activities, and ensuring project timelines and goals are met. Daily tasks include managing team performance, providing technical guidance, resolving project issues, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. The Team Lead will also be involved in planning and resource allocation, reporting project progress, and liaising with clients and stakeholders.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Technical proficiency in construction techniques and safety standards
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to work on-site and manage time effectively
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred
• Experience in the construction industry in the Middle East is a plus
