Job Description

  • Develop and manage the affluent segment strategy and customer value proposition
  • Identify key customer needs, behaviours and opportunities for growth
  • Design segment-specific offerings (bundles, pricing, privileges, services)
  • Partner with product, marketing and distribution teams to execute campaigns and offerings
  • Monitor segment KPIs such as AUM growth, product penetration, customer acquisition and retention
  • Enhance customer experience and journey across digital and physical channels
  • Perform regular competitor benchmarking on Premier customer service and explore customer loyalty/advocacy metrics to ensure consistency and the relevancy of the Core Value Proposition.
  • Review and identify opportunities to reduce cost to serve for Premier and operational efficiency.
  • Provide frontline enablement support (toolkits, training, selling narratives)
  • Use data to track segment performance, customer behaviour and portfolio health
  • Identify gaps and propose strategies to drive segment engagement and profitability
  • Lead each project/ initiative from inception to completion, including:

> Ideation, selection and sizing of Premier value propositions that will drive profit growth
