- Develop and manage the affluent segment strategy and customer value proposition
- Identify key customer needs, behaviours and opportunities for growth
- Design segment-specific offerings (bundles, pricing, privileges, services)
- Partner with product, marketing and distribution teams to execute campaigns and offerings
- Monitor segment KPIs such as AUM growth, product penetration, customer acquisition and retention
- Enhance customer experience and journey across digital and physical channels
- Perform regular competitor benchmarking on Premier customer service and explore customer loyalty/advocacy metrics to ensure consistency and the relevancy of the Core Value Proposition.
- Review and identify opportunities to reduce cost to serve for Premier and operational efficiency.
- Provide frontline enablement support (toolkits, training, selling narratives)
- Use data to track segment performance, customer behaviour and portfolio health
- Identify gaps and propose strategies to drive segment engagement and profitability
- Lead each project/ initiative from inception to completion, including:
> Ideation, selection and sizing of Premier value propositions that will drive profit growth
