Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Lead and manage a team to deliver high-quality results
  • Oversee daily team performance, ensuring KPIs, quality metrics, and project deadlines are consistently met
  • Provide coaching, feedback, and training to team members to enhance skills and productivity
  • Monitor and analyse operational data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement
  • Act as the escalation point for complex cases, ensuring prompt and effective resolution
  • Communicate effectively in Mandarin and English with both internal teams and external stakeholders

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of relevant TL experience
  • Fluency in English and Chinese (Verbal and Written)
  • Able to work rotational shift (based on serving country)
