Our core business leverages Capstone Microturbines to deliver continuous power using wellhead gas supply, particularly for unmanned platforms. We offer comprehensive services including conceptual and detailed design engineering, system integration, installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance. Additionally, Sekito provides electrical panel and system integration services for low-voltage applications, including power distribution, motor control, and custom programming.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Team Lead located in Shah Alam, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Team Lead will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the team, ensuring project deadlines are met, coordinating with clients, and managing team performance. This role involves project planning, execution, and delivery, as well as troubleshooting and problem-solving issues that arise. The Team Lead is also expected to mentor and train team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

Qualifications

• Strong project management and leadership skills
• Experience in power generation and control solutions, particularly with Capstone Microturbines
• Technical expertise in conceptual and detailed design engineering
• Proficiency in system integration, PLC programming, and SCADA systems
• Excellent communication and client coordination skills
• Problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
• Experience in the oil and gas industry is a plus
