Job Description

The Team Lead - Delivery Team is responsible for overseeing team operations, including workload management, task allocation, and performance monitoring to ensure efficient delivery. It serves as the first point of escalation for operational issues, while supporting the team with technical expertise and training on tools, workflows, and processes.

Responsibilities:-

  • Oversee and manage team workload, ensuring efficient task allocation and timely delivery of projects.
  • Act as the first point of escalation for internal operational issues, including communication and capacity challenges.
  • Train and support team members on new tools, technologies, and workflows, ensuring consistent implementation across projects.
  • Provide technical guidance and subject matter expertise to support daily operations and problem-solving.
  • Plan team schedules, including leave management, and monitor overtime to ensure optimal resource utilisation.
  • Conduct onboarding and training for new hires, as well as support ongoing team development and annual performance evaluations.
  • Ensure operational and financial data is accurately maintained within internal systems.
  • Support data requests and reporting requirements from Client Managers and Finance teams.
  • Coordinate and assign work across Delivery Coordinators to maintain workflow efficiency.
  • Support onboarding of new clients by providing technical input and ensuring smooth implementation of subtitling solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including R&D and technical support functions, to resolve issues and drive improvements.

Qualification & Experience Required:-

  • At least 2-3 years working in subtitling operations with exposure to managing teams.
  • A minimum of bachelors in Linguistic/Business Management or related.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, written and spoken
  • Able to guide and motivate team members to meet team goals
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Able to make informed decision on work that can be resolved internally and those needs to be escalated.

  • Work Arrangement: 24/6 support, 4 days work week with 12 hours shift
  • On-site work
  • Full-time position
  • 2 HC required
  • Training provided and working hours during training would be normal business hours
