About The Role

We are seeking a seasoned and commercially driven Team Lead, Transaction Banking Corporate & Commercial Cash Sales 2 to join our Transaction Banking team. This leadership role is responsible for driving strategy, origination, and execution of corporate and commercial cash management solutions. You will lead a high-performing team, manage key stakeholder relationships, and provide senior oversight on complex cash transactions while ensuring strong governance and compliance standards.

What You Will Be Doing

Strategy & Planning

  • Build deep understanding of customers business needs, portfolio behavior, competitor threats, and market opportunities
  • Plan and execute relevant strategies for target customers and business segments within the region/team
  • Lead the team to drive and originate the Bank's key focus businesses, providing senior oversight on strategic and complex corporate cash deals
  • Report Circle performance and progress to relevant stakeholders on a regular basis

Sales & Marketing

  • Review and execute client value propositions, proposals, solutions, and product bundling for target customers
  • Work closely with GCBB/CCM, Business Circles, Product Squads, and Service Partner / Operations to deliver customized solutions
  • Manage and maintain strong relationships with key client contacts and decision-makers
  • Review and maintain up-to-date pipeline reports to track sales activities and deal closures
  • Govern pipeline quality, forecasting accuracy, and execution standards

People & Stakeholder Management

  • Provide coaching and guidance to team members on NTB acquisition, solution structuring, and product upselling to optimize account profitability and KPI delivery
  • Maintain strong engagement with key stakeholders including GCBB/CCM RMs, GTB Product Squads, Service Partner / Operations, and Branches
  • Provide market intelligence and feedback on competitor capabilities and gaps to internal stakeholders for continuous improvement
  • Organize and chair regular account planning sessions and reviews with GCBB/CCM RMs
  • Jointly accountable with Circle Lead and relevant stakeholders for the team's overall performance and target achievement
  • Align team objectives within the Circle and act as a harmonizing force to resolve misalignment
  • Serve as escalation point for major deal, pricing, or stakeholder issues

Governance

  • Ensure strict adherence to the Bank's product guidelines, policies, procedures, and processes
  • Fully comply with BNM guidelines and all internal mandatory e-Learning requirements, including but not limited to customer information management, personal data protection, responsible financing, fair treatment of financial customers, and fees and charges governance
  • Consistently achieve strong audit outcomes

What We're Looking For

  • Proven leadership experience in transaction banking, corporate/commercial cash management, or related banking segments
  • Strong strategic, analytical, and commercial acumen
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams, drive origination, and manage complex stakeholder environments
  • Strong understanding of cash management products, banking regulations, and BNM guidelines
  • Excellent planning, communication, and relationship management skills
  • Results-driven, proactive, and passionate about delivering value to clients and the Bank
