To meet the assigned regional KPIs and wealth targets (NII & NFI) through proactive and consistent sales activities including NTB acquisition, ETB farming and cross selling, etc.
Responsible for the growth in deposits and fee-based income (wealth solutions) for the assigned Enterprise Banking Division high value non-borrowing business customers.
Increased the customer stickiness and product holding by aggressively cross-selling wealth solutions such as Bancassurance/ Takaful, cash management solutions and etc.
Proactively managing all action plans to grow new relationship, retaining and deepening existing high value customer portfolio
Consistently analyze/ review customers/ team members portfolio in order to be able to continuously identify opportunities for banking solution upselling and cross selling initiatives
Build and maintain customer relationship to ensure desirable customer experience and satisfaction
