Job Responsibilities
- To grow the Bancatakaful business and fee-based income for AFFIN bank.
- Drives personal Advisory Takaful production and formulate action plans to achieve teams production target.
- Provides training/ briefing on products identify training needed for staff and perform other service functions (i.e. carry out joint sales visits, enhance team members knowledge and coaching).
- Ensures team embrace high standards of customer service in line with the quality and standards set by Affin and STMKB.
- Actively participate and coordinate in the banks sales and promotion activities.
- Ensure sales teams services rendered to customers are in compliant with internal and external policies, guideline as well as regulations.
- Performance and productivity tracking for sales staff.
- Recruiting of sales staff according to approved headcount.
Qualifications And Experience
- Certified with Takaful Basic Examination (TBE) for Family Takaful
- At least 5 years working experience in the banking industry or minimum 3 years experience in Bancassurance / Bancatakaful business.
Skills And Knowledge
- Open to all Malaysian citizens only.
- Fluent speaking of English & Bahasa Malaysia.
- Positive attitude and adaptable to changes in working environment.
- Able to meet timeline & scope under work pressure.
- Computer literacy at user level.
- Willing to travel.
- Sales driven and excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Good interpersonal, problem-solving and management skills.
- Strong marketing skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial information.
