Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Team Leader in Customer Support (Mandarin Speaker) at our Petaling Jaya location. The Team Leader will oversee the daily operations of the customer support team, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include monitoring team performance, providing technical support, and conducting regular team meetings. The Team Leader will also be responsible for analyzing performance metrics and implementing strategies for continuous improvement.
