Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Team Leader (Customer Support) responsible for managing customer support teams in Hong Kong and Taiwan. The role is located in Petaling Jaya. Responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing team performance, handling escalated issues, and providing technical support when necessary.

Qualifications

  • Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction skills
  • Analytical Skills for assessing team performance and customer feedback
  • Excellent Communication skills to manage teams and interact with customers
  • Technical Support capabilities
  • Proven leadership experience and ability to motivate a team
  • Experience in a customer support or call center environment is a plus
  • Bachelors degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
