Manage production operations, coordinate production staff and equipment, and ensure the quality and profitability of products.
Determine the best and most efficient uses of the available resources, including equipment and labour, to meet production build schedule and goals.
Hires and trains the workforce for production. Manage and motivate the staff, monitoring them to ensure they meet performance and safety requirements.
Analyse any production problems and ensure cost-effective, high quality and timely delivery of products.
Develop new and cost-effective ways to improve quality, productivity and reduce waste by improving existing processes, providing additional training or adopting better manufacturing processes.
Handle customer complaints, NCRs, CAPAs and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
Requirements
At least a Degree in Engineering or relevant scientific discipline.
Minimum 8 years&apos experience in fast-pace manufacturing environment.
Knowledge in ISO 13485 and 21CFR820 would be an added advantage.
