For our team (aReady.VT; aReady.IOT) we are looking for a Team-Leader Software to lead an international team of developers.
Your Tasks:
- leading an international team of Software Developers
- collaboration with Product Management in defining new features
- development of technical realization concepts/software architecture
- development and maintenance of our aReady product line
Your Profile:
- Bachelors Degree in Electronics, Software Engineering or equivalent
- minimum of 8 years professional experience in a related field as well as experienced in leading a team
- Senior Software Developer for C, C++, HTML and JavaScript
- significant experience with different operating systems as a developer (e.g. implementation of device drivers or kernel development) as well as a user (Linux/Unix, Windows, various real-time operating systems)
- experience with software architecture and virtualization (Intel VT-x, AMD SVM)
- knowledge of real-time and industrial control systems
- security experience (Cyber Security, e.g. IEC 62443)
- good communication and presentation skills
- modern and confident leadership style
