WE ARE LOOKING FOR .....Lead and manage telemarketing team to achieve Key Performance Indexes (Sales Targets).
Job Responsibilities

Handle and resolve enquiries escalated from team members as and when necessary.
Ensure all team members understand the company policies and management procedures.
Ensure team members are familiar with product knowledge and program specifications.

Job Requirements:

Degree holders with minimum 2 years experience in managing atelemarketing team. Non-degree holders with relevant experience will also be considered.
Candidates with Pre Contract Examination (PCE) in Life / General Insurance would have an added advantage
Strong leadership and people management skills
A bottom-line performance-driven personality
Good team building and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with people at all levels
Excellent training, coaching, analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong command ofMandarin and the ability to speak other languages / dialects wouldbe an added advantage
