WE ARE LOOKING FOR .....Lead and manage telemarketing team to achieve Key Performance Indexes (Sales Targets).
Job Responsibilities
  • Handle and resolve enquiries escalated from team members as and when necessary.
  • Ensure all team members understand the company policies and management procedures.
  • Ensure team members are familiar with product knowledge and program specifications.

Job Requirements:
  • Degree holders with minimum 2 years experience in managing atelemarketing team. Non-degree holders with relevant experience will also be considered.
  • Candidates with Pre Contract Examination (PCE) in Life / General Insurance would have an added advantage
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • A bottom-line performance-driven personality
  • Good team building and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with people at all levels
  • Excellent training, coaching, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong command ofMandarin and the ability to speak other languages / dialects wouldbe an added advantage
