Job Responsibilities- Handle and resolve enquiries escalated from team members as and when necessary.
- Ensure all team members understand the company policies and management procedures.
- Ensure team members are familiar with product knowledge and program specifications.
Job Requirements- Degree holders with minimum 2 years experience in managing a telemarketing team. Non-degree holders with relevant experience will also be considered.
- Candidates with Pre Contract Examination (PCE) in Life / General Insurance would have an added advantage
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- A bottom-line performance-driven personality
- Good team building and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with people at all levels
- Excellent training, coaching, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong command of Mandarin and the ability to speak other languages / dialects would be an added advantage
