About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Leader to lead a high-performing group focused on delivering innovative educational solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in team leadership, technical acumen, and a deep understanding of SaaS and cloud-based products. This role is pivotal in driving strategic initiatives, fostering collaboration, and ensuring the successful deployment of education technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a BDR team of 6-8 sales specialists and technical consultants.
- Drive adoption and implementation of Cloud solutions across commercial organizations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and sales.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to meet enterprise goals and KPIs.
- Provide mentorship, performance reviews, and career development support to team members.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through effective project delivery and support.
- Stay updated on trends in SaaS, and cloud computing to inform strategy.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, , Business, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in team management in managing team handing enterprise customers for Outbound calling .
- Excellent Language Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Strong understanding of Software and SaaS platforms .
- Proven ability to lead technical teams and manage complex projects.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with cloud companies.
- Technical certifications in cloud platforms
