Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Team Member F&B, located in Bayan Lepas. The role involves providing excellent food and beverage service, taking customer orders, ensuring the cleanliness and upkeep of the dining area, and assisting in food preparation and presentation. Team Members are expected to provide a wonderful dining experience for our guests by being attentive and responsive to their needs.

Qualifications

• Customer service skills, including taking orders and handling customer inquiries proficiently
• Experience with food preparation and presentation, ensuring the highest standards of quality and hygiene
• Strong teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage safety regulations
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Prior experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent
