Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Team Member in the Food & Beverage (F&B) department at Penang Marriott Hotel, located in Bayan Lepas. Responsibilities include greeting and assisting guests, taking food and beverage orders, serving meals, handling special requests, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in dining areas. The Team Member will ensure that service is delivered in line with Marriott's exceptional hospitality standards, contributing to a memorable guest experience.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to provide excellent customer service and engage with guests.
• Knowledge of food and beverage service, order taking, and handling special requests professionally and efficiently.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment, follow hygiene protocols, and maintain a clean and welcoming dining area.
• Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
• Relevant experience in the hospitality industry or in an F&B service role is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively during high-volume service periods.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
