Job Purpose :
- To develop and implement high impact business enablement and plans.
- To support, contribute to, and integrate within, the organization's business plan and long term strategy focusing driving CFS sales channel.
- Support on other admin related to CFS unit.
Key Responsibilities :
Sales Planning and Implementation
- Manage a Team CFS at center and Drive overall sales performance of CFS center
- Focus Products - unique selling points & sales ideas
- identify and to close the sales gaps
- Targeted customers - criteria of customers that suits the focus product(s)
- Recruitment & onboarding
- Manage a team of Preferred Acquisition Managers to acquire Wealth, CASA, to grow deposits balances i.e. AUM and to cross sell Banca related products;
- Lead the team to achieve sales objectives and productivity goals;
- Identify lead generating opportunities.
Sales Coaching
Coach CFS on sales ideas of focus product(s) :
- Sharing of successful sales techniques & methods
- Share simplified sales ideas to sales staff to boost sales productivity
- Evaluate sales staff product knowledge & market knowledge
- Improving sales attitude & mindset
- Providing counseling & clinics for non-performers
Sales Competency
Evaluate the competencies of sales staff on focus product(s) & customer engagements
- Assess selling and focus product handling skills
- Review and resolve latest/new process requirement issues & common mistakes
- Review and resolve incomplete documents and mis-selling
Relevant Work Experience: At least 5 years experience in a relevant position.
