Team Sales Manager

• To lead a team of telemarketing agents to perform telemarketing activities such as cross selling all banking products and campaigns to generate leads in order to meet business goals.
• To drive and monitor telesales agent performance.
• Ability to lead and motivate agents to consistently meet KPI's set.
• To convert any incoming inquiries via call center to potential sales leads.
• To liaise with inter-departments and branches on customers enquiries.
• To assist Unit Head on any ad-hoc projects.

Job Requirement

• Recognized Degree or Diploma in any discipline.
• SPM Holders with 3 - 5 years relevant working experience will alsobe considered.
• Possess the passion for sales and marketing.
• Those with experience in leading or supervising a team of telemarketing agents are encouraged to apply.
• Excellent persuasion skills.
• Must be goal oriented and a strong team player.
• Able to communicate effectively in English and Malay.
• Computer literate.
