- Has call experience (a plus but not required)
- Fresh graduate is very much encouraged to apply
- Has strong verbal, written & comprehension skills in Traditional Mandarin as Teammates are required to support Taiwan Market.
- Is computer literate and proficient to use Windows OS, Apple OS X, MS Office & Google applications
- Meets the typing requirement (30WPM for Voice)
