Scope: Support multiple global manufacturing sites (Chengdu, Malaysia, Sydney Brisbane, Macquarie, Lane Cove).
Key responsibility: Manage people, priorities, and escalations on a day-to-day basis, ensuring service delivery.
Basic understanding of Configuration Management and PLM systems (Windchill, Oracle, Siemens, etc.).
Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) awareness, not deep expertise.
No need to be a functional SME; the role is 70% leadership, 30% functional knowledge.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal skills to liaise with multiple sites and prioritize urgent issues.
Experience level: Target candidates with 57 years of total experience (not senior veterans with 1520 years).
Industry exposure: Manufacturing and/or R&D background would be ideal for this role.
