Job Description

This role requires a self-driven recruiter who can manage end-to-end hiring processes, build strong partnerships with stakeholders, and take ownership of contractor management, including contract renewals. Key Responsibilities:-

  • Drive full-cycle recruitment for IT & Digital roles across regional and global markets.
  • Build effective sourcing strategies and maintain a proactive talent pipeline.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers and HR partners to meet hiring targets.
  • Handle contract renewals and lifecycle management for tech contractors.
  • Share market insights and provide timely updates to stakeholders.

Ideal Candidate Profile:-

  • 35 years of hands-on recruitment experience in IT/digital portfolios.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills confident, credible, and solution-oriented.
  • Experience using sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and talent databases.
  • Familiarity with HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday) is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
  • Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
