Key Responsibilities:-
- Drive full-cycle recruitment for IT & Digital roles across regional and global markets.
- Build effective sourcing strategies and maintain a proactive talent pipeline.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers and HR partners to meet hiring targets.
- Handle contract renewals and lifecycle management for tech contractors.
- Share market insights and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
Ideal Candidate Profile:-
- 35 years of hands-on recruitment experience in IT/digital portfolios.
- Strong stakeholder management skills confident, credible, and solution-oriented.
- Experience using sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and talent databases.
- Familiarity with HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday) is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
- Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
