Job Responsibilities

You will be responsible for customer satisfaction, deployment, adoption, and support of Windows Servers initiatives. Assist customers in building, deploying, operating, and optimizing complex enterprise environments. This job has proven to be a career accelerator for hundreds of engineers over the years. • Analyzing the technology environment.
• Analyzing enterprise specifics.
• Analyzing and documenting requirements.
• Setting the collaboration framework.
• Creating a solution prototype.
• Participating in technology selection.
• Controlling solution development.
• Working with customers during their preferred downtime for critical deployment/support.

Job Requirements

Must-Have Skills

• Expert of Windows servers 2012 R2, 2016, 2019 and 2022.
• Expert in Hyper-V technology
• Maintenance and deployment of the MS Windows OS ( Physical / virtual)
• Expert Windows based servers running in a mixed physical and virtual environment.
• Responsible for setup, configuration, and troubleshooting of complex Windows environments (e.g., clustering, high availability, load balancing, etc.).
• Exposure to Microsoft System Center Data Protection Manager (SCDPM) offers near-continuous backup and rapid recovery for environments centered on Microsoft technology.
• Good experience of Active Directory . Experience with Active Directory and group policies, multi-forest multidomain environment knowledge.
• Provide Identity Management consulting and solutions.
• Experience with WSUS servers and clustered filesystems
• Experience in managing network component TCP/IP, iSCSI , RADIUS, DNS and DHCP, Domain Controller replication, and organizational unit management.
• Installation/Upgrade and maintenance of Windows Operating system
• Perform ongoing performance tuning, hardware upgrades, and resource optimization as required.

Good to Have Skills

• Exposure to Azure cloud
• Knowledge of Power Shell scripting
• Windows Security Patch and Antivirus installation.
• Responsible for the implementation, operation, maintenance, backup, system security and system integrity of Microsoft Operating systems .Perform periodic performance reporting to support capacity planning.
• Certificate Authority Installation, Configuration, and Administration.
• Exposure in administrative tasks from the Operation Manager console, provide application support for the SCOM platform and create and maintain monitoring and notification rules.

Remuneration

Malaysia: MYR 10,000 - MYR 11,000

Indonesia: IDR 33,000,000 - IDR 36,000,000
