Tech Lead Full Stack & Mobile (Node.js & React Native)

Key Responsibilities

Lead end to end development of backend services (Node.js) and mobile applications (React Native)

Define and own system architecture, technical design, and coding standards

Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineers; conduct design and code reviews

Collaborate with product owners, UX designers, QA, and DevOps teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions

Design and implement RESTful APIs and backend integrations for mobile and web clients

Drive CI/CD pipeline setup and optimization for backend and mobile app builds/releases

Own cloud deployment and operations on AWS, ensuring availability, performance, and security

Ensure best practices for mobile performance, app stability, and backend scalability

Troubleshoot complex production issues and drive root cause analysis and permanent fixes

Required Skills & Qualifications

7 to 10 years of experience in software development, with strong Tech Lead / Senior Engineer exposure

Strong hands on experience with Node.js (Express / NestJS preferred)

Strong experience building mobile applications with React Native

Solid understanding of JavaScript / TypeScript

Experience designing and consuming REST APIs

Hands on experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS/DynamoDB, CloudWatch, IAM, etc.)

Proven experience setting up and managing CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, Fastlane, etc.)

Strong knowledge of Git, branching strategies, and release management

Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills
