Tech Lead Fullstack Developer

As a Tech Lead Software Engineer, you will architect and develop scalable, secure web applications using PHP LARAVEL framework MVC and JavaScript, leading full-stack solutions that include APIs, microservices, and user interfaces. You will implement and manage CI/CD pipelines via AWSs DevOps, ensuring high-performance and reliable deployments.

This role requires strong collaboration with China-based technical teams, contributing to system design, sprint planning, and Agile delivery. You will drive code quality and performance optimization while maintaining compliance with security standards. As a technical leader, youll mentor junior developers, guide architectural decisions, and provide expert-level support across the stack.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Architecture & Development

Lead the architecture, design, and development of full-stack web applications.

Build secure and maintainable backend services using PHP (Laravel) and PostgreSQL.

Create responsive frontend interfaces with HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, React and optionally NextJS.

Design and build RESTful APIs and integrations across systems.

Ensure scalable codebase using clean architecture and best practices.

• Team Leadership & Collaboration

Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to junior and mid-level developers.

Collaborate cross-functionally with UI/UX designers, QA engineers, product owners, and business teams.

Facilitate sprint planning, task assignment, and agile ceremonies as needed.

• Delivery & CI/CD

Drive continuous integration and deployment workflows using Git and modern DevOps tools.

Ensure timely delivery of features while maintaining high standards of code quality and documentation.

Participate in troubleshooting and root cause analysis of production issues.

• Quality, Security & Optimization

Write unit tests and conduct peer code reviews to maintain code quality.

Continuously monitor and optimize system performance.

Ensure systems comply with relevant security and data protection standards.

TO BE A SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE:

Min Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field.

Strong foundation in software design principles, data structures, algorithms, and web application architecture.

Minimum 23 years of hands-on full-stack development experience.

Proven experience in designing and building scalable backend applications using PHP (Laravel) and PostgreSQL.

Experience in leading small teams, conducting code reviews, and guiding technical decisions.
