Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Digital Project Specialist/Project Manager to support the Product & Tech in delivering and managing digital initiatives and projects. This role requires strong project management skills, excellent communication, and the ability to coordinate across internal teams and external vendors.

The challenge is to:

Project Planning

  • Assist the team to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Collect and align user requirement and develop work plans, and timelines to ensure successful execution.

Team Coordination

  • Lead and coordinate internal teams and external vendors to execute project tasks efficiently.
  • Ensure alignment across cross-functional and region stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Communication

  • Act as the main point of contact for all project-related communication.
  • Work with product and technical team to deliver the project in timely manner.
  • Keep stakeholders, clients, and team members informed and aligned on progress, risks, and changes.
  • Track project progress and provide updates to manager.

Risk Management

  • Identify potential risks and analyze their impact on project timelines and deliverables.
  • Develop and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.

Quality Assurance

  • Review and evaluate project deliverables to ensure they meet quality standards and user experience requirements.
  • Support UAT coordination and feedback collection from business users.

Documentation & Governance

  • Draft, review, and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) with version control.
  • Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes.
  • Ensure compliance with project governance frameworks and documentation standards.

Do you have experience in Retail Media/Digital PMO

  • Experience: 45 years in digital or technology project coordination/management.
  • Strong understanding of digital platforms, integrations, and retail media solutions.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project).
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with UAT processes and stakeholder engagement.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset and skills.
  • Knowledge of Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
