Your new role
As an T Product Manager, you will be responsible for one or more technology product solutions that directly support and influence business objectives. You&aposll manage the full product lifecycle-from strategic planning and stakeholder alignment to delivery and post-launch evaluation. This role requires close collaboration with internal IT teams, third-party vendors, and senior business leaders to ensure product success and alignment with company goals.
Key responsibilities include:
- Owning product roadmaps and delivery plans
- Leading cross-functional teams and managing vendor relationships
- Driving stakeholder engagement and prioritising product demands
- Overseeing system implementation and testing
- Developing business cases and tracking product performance
- Shaping long-term strategic plans and fostering a high-performing team culture
What You&aposll Need To Succeed
- Bachelor&aposs degree in Information Technology or related field
- 6-8 years of experience in IT Product Management or Software Engineering
- 3-5 years in a leadership or supervisory role
- Proven track record in managing complex IT projects and system implementations
- Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
- Preferably, domain knowledge of insurance operations and distribution models
- Self-motivated, collaborative, and highly organised
