We are looking for a GTS Team Leader to take ownership of operational delivery, team performance, and stakeholder engagement within our Global Technology Services function.
This role is suited for an experienced people manager who is comfortable running day‑to‑day operations, working with clear governance frameworks, and being accountable for service outcomes, cost control, and continuous improvement.
The Role
- Lead and manage a service delivery team with direct people responsibility
- Organise daily operations, resource planning, and service continuity
- Set and cascade team objectives, managing performance against KPIs
- Analyse operational reports and trends to drive informed decisions
- Act as the primary escalation point for operational and process issues
- Represent the team in cross‑functional and external stakeholder discussions
- Ensure compliance with Group processes, tools, and security standards
