  • Provide timely and accurate technical support to ensure smooth daily system operations.
  • Document incidents, resolutions, and follow-up actions clearly and accurately.
  • Participate in post-incident reviews and postmortem discussions to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Work closely with internal teams to coordinate issue resolution and support ongoing operational needs.
  • Participate in an on-call rotation and respond to incidents outside of regular business hours when required.

What We Are Looking For

  • At least 5 years of hands-on experience supporting production systems in a cloud environment such as Amazon Web Services or other cloud platforms.
  • Good working knowledge of Linux system administration; experience with Mac OS is an added advantage.
  • Familiarity with microservices architecture and containerised environments.
  • Hands-on experience using Docker.
  • Basic understanding of networking fundamentals and monitoring concepts, including logs and metrics.
  • Good communication skills with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Strong documentation skills and good documentation practices.
  • Willingness to work on-call or shift-based schedules.
  • The role is based fully onsite, requiring your presence in the office.
