Develop and maintain a formal Success Plan, tracking ROI and overall platform value.
Act as an escalation point for complex technical issues, coordinating with vendor support to secure timely and high-level resolution.
Advocate for customer needs by engaging product management teams on feature requests and enhancements.
Oversee major incident management by ensuring delivery of high-quality RCA reports and preventive action plans.
Prepare and present executive-level reports (CIO/IT Director) on system health, risks, and delivered value.
