Perform investigation, diagnosis and resolve application issues.
Optimizing the system maximum speed and scalability based on hardware and system design.
Perform impact assessment of user requirements to assess technical feasibility, and impacts to cash management's platform, jointly derive an acceptable solution together with stakeholder and architects.
Perform system support on applications and perform preventive maintenance.
Use established tracking system to log requests; monitor progress, track problem resolution, identify patterns of failure, research bug fixes and implements solutions; communicates with manager regarding unresolved problems.
Work with various team infra/vendors/overseas unit to resolve application issues and research possible solutions.
Work with various parties on new request from users including analysis of the requirement, estimate timeline, testing and migration.
Job Requirement
Able to code in Java/JEE, Spring Framework, JavaScript and JMS.
