Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Be part of the company's Tender Team.
  • Review, compare, analyse, and evaluate products and ICT services.
  • Source and identify relevant tenders from government agencies and corporate organisations.
  • Assist the team in tender preparation, proposal compilation, and submission.
  • Handle purchasing and management of ICT assets.
  • Manage product support and warranties, leasing, maintenance, software contracts, hardware purchases, and license information.
  • Prepare pricing quotations and coordinate orders with principals.
  • Support the team with any ad-hoc tasks as required.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in any field, preferably in Computer Science / Information Technology.
  • Minimum 1 year of working experience in a similar role.
  • Able to work independently with a strong sense of urgency, especially in handling technical support matters.
  • Good IT technical knowledge and strong writing skills.
  • Ability to draft proposals or simple technical write-ups.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
  • Possession of own transport is an added advantage.
