We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Architect with strong expertise in Node.js, Java, Spring Boot, and AWS. The ideal candidate will design and deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions while ensuring strong alignment with business objectives. This role demands technical leadership, independent ownership, and a proactive mindset toward problem-solving and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Solution Design & Architecture
- Design and implement robust technical architectures using Node.js, Java, Spring Boot, and AWS services
- Ensure solutions meet scalability, security, performance, and reliability standards
- Define architectural best practices and ensure consistency across platforms
- Leadership & Delivery
- Provide technical leadership and oversee delivery to ensure high-quality and timely outcomes
- Mentor and guide development teams on architecture, coding standards, and best practices
- Act as a technical decision-maker across complex initiatives
- Client Coordination & SDLC Management
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions
- Drive end-to-end ownership of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), from requirements and design through deployment and post-production support
- Innovation & Problem Solving
- Introduce innovative tools, frameworks, and approaches to enhance efficiency and solution quality
- Proactively identify and resolve technical and delivery challenges
Required Skills & Experience
- Technical Expertise
- Strong hands-on experience with Node.js, Java, Spring Boot, and AWS cloud services
- Experience with microservices architecture, API design, and cloud-native development
- Proficiency with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes

- Proven experience leading technical teams and managing delivery in complex environments
